Keystone Preparedness LLC Terms of Use
Effective date: September 24, 2026
1. Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of keystonepreparedness.com (the “Site”), operated by Keystone Preparedness LLC (“Keystone Preparedness,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
If you use the Site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to act for that organization. Individuals under the age of legal majority should use the Site only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.
2. Purpose of the Site
The Site provides general information about Keystone Preparedness, including:
- First aid, CPR, AED, and Basic Life Support training;
- Hands-Only CPR education;
- Naloxone education;
- STOP THE BLEED® education;
- AED placement, support, and program services;
- Emergency-preparedness education and resources.
Site content is provided for general informational and business-inquiry purposes. The Site does not provide online medical treatment, emergency dispatch, guaranteed certification, confirmed scheduling, or binding service quotations.
3. Emergencies and Medical Information
The Site is not an emergency service and is not monitored for emergency requests.
If you are experiencing or witnessing an emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number immediately.
Information concerning CPR, AED use, first aid, naloxone, bleeding control, or emergency preparedness is general educational information. It is not individualized medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, legal advice, or a substitute for emergency services, professional medical care, hands-on instruction, certification training, applicable protocols, or product-manufacturer instructions.
Do not delay contacting emergency services or obtaining professional care because of information found on the Site.
No website can guarantee a particular medical, safety, training, or survival outcome.
4. Training and Certification Information
Course descriptions, estimated durations, pricing, schedules, certification periods, prerequisites, and availability may change.
Registration, attendance, participation, skills demonstration, successful completion, certification, and issuance of credentials may be subject to:
- Course-specific requirements;
- Instructor evaluation;
- The standards of the applicable certification organization;
- Completion of online prerequisites;
- Attendance and participation requirements;
- Payment or invoicing terms; and
- Separate registration materials or written agreements.
Viewing the Site, submitting an inquiry, or participating in a non-certification educational program does not itself create or renew a certification.
Certification records and digital certificates may be maintained by a third-party certification organization. Keystone Preparedness does not control the availability or operation of a third party’s certificate-verification system.
5. Requests, Scheduling, and Agreements
Submitting the contact form or communicating through the Site is a request for information only. It does not:
- Reserve or confirm a date;
- Create a class registration;
- Guarantee instructor or equipment availability;
- Form a contract;
- Accept a quote; or
- Complete a product purchase.
A class or service is confirmed only through separate written communication, registration, quote acceptance, invoice, or agreement from Keystone Preparedness. A product transaction may instead be confirmed by the applicable manufacturer, distributor, referral-program administrator, fulfillment provider, or other third-party seller through its own quote, invoice, order confirmation, or agreement.
Prices, cancellation rules, rescheduling terms, refunds, deposits, attendance requirements, product terms, and other transaction-specific conditions will be provided in the applicable registration, quote, invoice, or written agreement. If those terms conflict with these website Terms, the transaction-specific written terms control.
6. AED Placement, Products, and Program Support
Information about AEDs, accessories, bleeding-control products, naloxone resources, inspections, placement, maintenance, or compliance is general information.
Customers and equipment owners must follow manufacturer instructions, expiration dates, maintenance requirements, recalls, applicable laws, medical-direction requirements, and written program procedures.
AED program support does not constitute legal or medical advice and does not guarantee compliance with every requirement unless a particular obligation is expressly included in a separate written agreement.
Keystone Preparedness may assist customers with AED selection, product information, referral order forms, training, placement, inspection, and readiness guidance. Unless a separate written agreement expressly states otherwise, Keystone Preparedness is not the seller of record for products ordered through a manufacturer, distributor, referral program, fulfillment provider, or other third-party seller.
The applicable third-party seller is responsible for customer invoicing, payment processing, order fulfillment, shipping, returns, recalls, warranties, and product-related support under its own terms. Keystone Preparedness does not manufacture AEDs or extend, modify, replace, or independently guarantee a manufacturer’s or seller’s warranty.
Product availability, specifications, pricing, warranties, shipping, returns, and manufacturer support are governed by the applicable quote, invoice, manufacturer warranty, or written transaction terms.
7. Accuracy and Availability
We make reasonable efforts to keep Site information useful and current. Nevertheless, information may occasionally be incomplete, unavailable, or outdated.
We may correct, update, remove, or change Site content without notice. We do not guarantee that the Site will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or free from technical errors.
Nothing in this section changes an express obligation contained in a separate written agreement signed or accepted by Keystone Preparedness.
8. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise identified, the Site’s original text, design, graphics, logos, photographs, videos, arrangement, and other content are owned by or licensed to Keystone Preparedness and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law or to liability that cannot legally be limited. They also do not replace liability terms contained in a separate written agreement governing an actual class, service, or product transaction.
15. Changes to the Site or Terms
We may update the Site or these Terms as our website, services, or legal obligations change. Revised Terms will be posted with a new effective date.

These Terms and disputes arising from use of the Site are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any legal proceeding concerning these Terms or the Site must be brought in a state or federal court with jurisdiction in Pennsylvania, except when applicable law requires otherwise.
17. Severability and Waiver
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.
