More Prepared People. Safer Communities.
Our mission is to make people and communities safer by providing the knowledge, skills, equipment, and support needed to prepare for and respond to medical emergencies with confidence, wherever they happen.
When more people are prepared, everyone around them is safer.

Training Designed Around the People in the Room
Training You Can Trust
All CPR, AED, First Aid, and BLS courses follow current American Red Cross curriculum and certification requirements.
Hands-On Learning
Participants practice skills, use training equipment, ask questions, and work through realistic situations rather than simply listen to a lecture.
Personal Attention
Classes are kept small enough to allow time for coaching, feedback, repetition, and individual questions.
Community-Focused Education
Free Hands-Only CPR education, free STOP THE BLEED® education, and free naloxone (Narcan) training make lifesaving knowledge accessible to more people throughout the community.
Preparedness Is Not About Fear. It Is About Being Ready.
Every class includes hands-on practice, realistic scenarios, and enough repetition to make responding feel more natural. The goal is simple: when every second matters, you will be ready to act.
