Keystone Preparedness LLC Privacy Policy
Effective date: September 24, 2026
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how Keystone Preparedness LLC (“Keystone Preparedness,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information obtained through keystonepreparedness.com (the “Site”).
This Policy applies to information collected through the Site, including information submitted through our contact form. It does not apply to information collected through a separate written service agreement, course registration process, product transaction, employment relationship, or third-party website. Those activities may be subject to additional notices or agreements.
2. Information You Provide
When you contact us or submit the Site’s contact form, we may collect:
- Your name;
- Company, school, community group, or organization;
- Email address;
- Telephone number;
- The training, AED support, or other services that interest you;
- Estimated number of participants;
- Preferred date or time frame;
- City, venue, address, or other proposed service location; and
- Questions, requests, and other information included in your message.
We may also retain correspondence exchanged by email or telephone while responding to an inquiry or arranging requested services.
The Site does not ask for Social Security numbers, financial account information, payment-card information, medical records, or other highly sensitive personal information. Please do not include such information in the contact form.
Submitting the form does not confirm a class, service, reservation, or purchase. Keystone Preparedness will contact you separately regarding availability and next steps.
3. Information Collected Automatically
When you access the Site, our website infrastructure and service providers may automatically receive limited technical information, including:
- Internet Protocol address;
- Browser and device type;
- Operating system;
- Referring page or website;
- Pages viewed;
- Dates and times of visits;
- Links or buttons selected;
- General device and viewport information;
- Approximate location inferred from an Internet Protocol address; and
- Diagnostic, security, and fraud-prevention information.
We use this information to deliver the Site, maintain security, diagnose technical problems, understand general Site usage, and improve performance.
4. Cookies, Local Storage, and Analytics
The Site uses essential technologies necessary for security and normal operation. Cloudflare may place the __cf_bm cookie to distinguish legitimate visitors from automated traffic and protect the Site from malicious activity. Essential technologies may operate even when optional analytics are declined.
The Site also offers optional analytics through GoDaddy/Airo website analytics. Optional analytics may record page paths, page titles, referring pages, timestamps, general device categories, viewport size, and interactions with links or buttons.
Optional analytics must not load unless a visitor selects “Allow analytics” on the analytics preference notice. Selecting “No thanks” must prevent optional analytics from loading while leaving the Site’s core functions available.
The Site stores the visitor’s analytics choice in local browser storage under c2_analytics_consent for up to 365 days. Visitors may reset that choice by clearing storage and cookies for keystonepreparedness.com in their browser and revisiting the Site.
Most browsers also allow visitors to block or remove cookies through browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may affect security or Site operation.
Some browsers transmit “Do Not Track” signals. Because there is no universally accepted standard for responding to those signals, the Site does not currently respond differently to them. Visitors should use the Site’s analytics preference notice to control optional analytics.
5. How We Use Information
We may use information collected through the Site to:
- Respond to questions and service inquiries;
- Discuss requested training, AED support, or other services;
- Prepare proposed scheduling information, quotes, or service arrangements;
- Communicate about an inquiry or existing business relationship;
- Operate, secure, maintain, and troubleshoot the Site;
- Measure Site usage when optional analytics have been accepted;
- Improve Site content, performance, and visitor experience;
- Prevent spam, fraud, abuse, and security incidents;
- Maintain appropriate business records;
- Comply with legal obligations; and
- Protect the rights, safety, and property of Keystone Preparedness, Site visitors, customers, and others.
We do not use information submitted through the contact form to create public profiles or posts.
6. How We Disclose Information
We may disclose information in the following limited circumstances:

Product Referrals and Vendor Fulfillment
If you request assistance purchasing an AED or another preparedness product, Keystone Preparedness may share information reasonably necessary to process or support that request with the applicable manufacturer, distributor, referral-program administrator, fulfillment provider, or other third-party seller. This information may include your name, organization, contact information, requested products or services, and relevant order details.
Those third parties may contact you directly and process your information under their own privacy policies and transaction terms. Keystone Preparedness does not collect payment-card or financial-account information through this Site.

We may disclose information when you request or authorize us to do so.
7. Sale and Advertising
Keystone Preparedness does not sell personal information submitted through the Site for money.
We do not provide contact-form information to unrelated third parties for their independent marketing or cross-context behavioral advertising.
If optional website analytics are accepted, the analytics provider may process website-usage information as described in this Policy and its own privacy documentation.
8. Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to an inquiry, provide requested services, maintain appropriate business and legal records, resolve disputes, protect the Site, or satisfy applicable legal obligations.
When information is no longer reasonably necessary, we may delete, anonymize, or securely dispose of it, subject to routine backups, legal holds, and records that must be retained by law.
9. Information Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. These measures include HTTPS encryption and website security controls.
No website, email system, or electronic transmission is completely secure. We therefore cannot guarantee absolute security. Visitors should avoid submitting sensitive personal, financial, or medical information through the contact form.

11. Your Choices and Requests
Depending on applicable law, you may request that we:

Keystone Preparedness does not control those third parties or their privacy practices. This Policy does not apply after a visitor leaves our Site. Visitors should review the privacy policy of any third-party website before providing information.
13. United States Operations
The Site is operated from the United States and is primarily intended for individuals and organizations in the United States. Website providers may process information in the United States or other locations where they operate.
